How to Activate & Manage Cloudy Premium on Discord

Overview
Cloudy Premium unlocks exclusive features that enhance your music experience, including unlimited music playback, no voting requirements, exclusive audio filters, 24/7 playback, and access to premium-only commands.
Before You Begin
To use Cloudy Premium, you must be a member of the Cloudy Support Server. After purchasing a subscription through Patreon or Buy Me a Coffee, your payment must first be verified by the payment provider.
The verification process usually takes between 15 and 45 minutes. Once your payment has been verified, the payment provider will automatically assign the Premium role to your Discord account in the Cloudy Support Server. As soon as you receive the Premium role, all Premium benefits become available.
If you have not received your Premium role after 45 minutes, please open a Support Ticket in the Cloudy Support Server so our team can assist you.
Important: You must remain in the Cloudy Support Server to keep your Premium access. If you leave the server or are removed from it, your Premium benefits will be revoked.
Claiming Your Premium Role
Via Patreon
- •Go to patreon.com/settings/apps/discord and connect your Discord account.
- •If the Premium role is still not assigned after waiting, disconnect your Discord account from Patreon and reconnect it using the same page.
- •Wait a few minutes for the role synchronization to complete.
- •If the role is still missing after reconnecting, open a support ticket in the Cloudy Support Server for assistance.
Via Buy Me a Coffee
- •Log in to your Buy Me a Coffee account at buymeacoffee.com/login.
- •Visit the Cloudy membership page and connect your Discord account: buymeacoffee.com/cloudybot/membership.
- •Make sure you are logged in with the same email address used when purchasing your subscription.
- •If the Premium role has not been assigned, disconnect your Discord account and reconnect it through the membership page.
- •If reconnecting does not solve the issue, open a support ticket in the Cloudy Support Server.
Activating Premium on Your Server
Once you have received your Premium role in the Cloudy Support Server, you can activate Premium on your Discord server.
Step 1: Open the Premium Manager
Use the /premium command in the server where you want to activate Premium.
Step 2: Activate Premium
When the Premium Manager appears, click the Activate Premium button.
Step 3: Confirm Activation
After clicking the button, Cloudy will automatically activate Premium for the server.
Step 4: Check Your Direct Messages
Cloudy will send you a direct message confirming that Premium has been successfully activated.
Step 5: Enjoy Premium Features
Your server now has access to all Cloudy Premium features and benefits.
Deactivating Premium
Premium can only be removed after it has been active on a server for at least 7 days.
Step 1: Open the Premium Manager
Use the /premium command in the server where Premium is currently active.
Step 2: Select Deactivate Premium
When the Premium Manager opens, click the Deactivate Premium button.
Step 3: Confirm the Action
Confirm the deactivation request when prompted.
Step 4: Premium Removed
Once confirmed, Premium will be removed from the server. You can activate it on another server after the 7-day cooldown period.
Important Information
- •An active Premium subscription is required at all times.
- •You must remain in the Cloudy Support Server to retain access to Premium.
- •Payment verification and role assignment can take up to 45 minutes.
- •If your Premium role is not assigned automatically, reconnect your Discord account to your payment provider.
- •If problems continue, contact support through the Cloudy Support Server.
