Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds for Cloudy Premium may be considered. By subscribing to Cloudy Premium, you agree to this policy in full.


1. No Refunds for Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital goods, all payments made for Cloudy Premium are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental or unauthorized purchases

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Subscription renewals (manual or automatic)

  • Inactivity or failure to use the service

  • Removal or banning from any Discord server

  • Attempting to play age-restricted or adult content

  • Incompatibility with third-party bots or tools

We strongly encourage users to trial Cloudy’s free features before upgrading to Premium.


2. Refund Eligibility — Limited Exceptions

A refund request may be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The user encountered a significant and unresolved technical issue preventing access to Premium features.

  • The issue was promptly reported and could not be resolved by the Cloudy team within 72 hours.

  • The user fully cooperated during troubleshooting and did not violate our Terms of Service.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Misuse or misunderstanding of the bot’s features

  • Issues caused by third-party systems, bots, or platforms

  • Problems resulting from server setup, permissions, or user-side restrictions

Cloudy staff reserve the sole right to approve or deny any refund request, and all decisions are final.


3. Subscription Management

You are fully responsible for managing your subscription. Refunds will not be issued for renewal charges caused by failure to cancel.
Please cancel your subscription directly through the platform you used (e.g., Patreon, Stripe, PayPal) before the renewal date.


4. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Cloudy Support will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent loss of access to all Cloudy services

  • Blacklisting across Cloudy’s network

  • Possible reporting to payment processors and platform moderators

  • Legal action in cases of fraud or abuse

We take payment abuse seriously.


5. Requesting a Refund (If Eligible)

If you believe your situation meets the strict criteria outlined above, you may request a refund through one of the following official support channels:

Please include:

  • Your Discord ID and email address

  • Date and method of purchase

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Relevant screenshots or evidence

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment. Late or incomplete requests will not be reviewed.


6. Agreement

By purchasing Cloudy Premium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with the payment.
